You’re so correct! I’ve been working to slowly start making some money here on Medium, to better my writing, to write more on this platform. The fact that my stats are incredibly skewed and my payment stats have stayed completely stagnant (after continually sliding down, down, down) after all of these changes have been implemented makes me feel like there is no point. There is no value in any of it. It’s the same feeling you get as an employee at a badly managed retail store
