Understandably frustrating and an issue that brings up so many more about who we pay to keep safe, as well as a whole other angry conversation about taxes. The royal family give back in many different ways through charities, making the money spent on their lifestyles somewhat bareable, but that goes out the window when they ‘step back’ from their duties. It also gets hazy once they turn to Commonwealth countries without the same emphasis on responsibilities and duties to the community.

They may be moving in the right direction, but abdication may have been better received than a confusion over duties, resposonbilities and taxpayer’s money spent.
